The formulas...
Why are they called "the formulas"? Because each one is made in a repeatable manner to ensure consistency. Where is Formula #1? Formula #1 is a special reserve sauce that can only be made during the summer time because of the ingredients used. When it is available, it will be listed here on the website. So, without further discussion...
Formula 2 - Extremely Hot!!!
There is no space for wimpy sauces - so even the lightest sauce we make has
enough kick for most people. While we haven't measured Scoville units - there's
enough heat there to satisfy most. This sauce also presents a ton of flavor!!!
Common uses are Hot Wings, spicing up "jarred" salsas and bratwurst.
All sauces have the consistency of a fine relish - not runny stuff! Click
on the images on the left to see a blown up picture of the labels.
Available in Jelly Jar (about 12 oz.), Pint Jar (about 24 oz.) and Quart Jar (about 48 oz.).
Formula 3 - More Than Extremely
Hot!!!
Ok, ok - so there are those people that like things a little spicier, fine,
for them there is Formula 3. Formula 3 keeps all of the flavor of Formula 2
- only with a little more kick. This sauce has made grown men cry. This will
really heat up other "off-the-shelf" so called hot salsas, queso dips and cornbread.
Available in Jelly Jar (about 12 oz.), Pint Jar (about 24 oz.) and Quart Jar
(about 48 oz.).
Formula 4 - Deathly Hot!!!
Someone asked, and it was delivered - a sauce so hot that it only took a very
small amount to really "kick things up". This sauce carries a warning
because it is hot enough to cause blisters and other irritations on people
that are sensitive to hot peppers. This sauce is mostly habenero peppers,
but still has enough of a blend to create a definitive flavor that is not
obscured by the heat. This sauce will replace the skin inside your
mouth!!! Other than for self-defense, this sauce is a great addition to anything sweet
that you like to add a little heat too - Like that Chinese carryout that
supposed to be hot, but isn't.
Available in Jelly Jar (about 12 oz.) and Pint Jar (about 24 oz.).
